CASSANDRA NEGLEY: The number two seed UConn Huskies are into their 16th consecutive Elite Eight with a 75-58 win over number three Indiana. This game was not really in question down through the second half of the game. UConn went on a 16-0 stretch to start the third quarter, and from there, they simply rolled, as they always do. Paige Bueckers and Christen Williams had 15 points apiece for this balanced UConn squad.

Azzi Fudd had 13. Olivia Nelson-Ododa had 10, and Aaliyah Edwards had nine. They were all of the starters. UConn also had double digit bench points versus Indiana, who had no points from their bench. It was a game of second chances for UConn. They controlled the boards and were able to really push this one up, despite some fouls in the second half. Now for UConn, they will face number one seed NC State in the next round. That game will be played in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

So expect a lot of UConn fans there and for it to feel like a home game for them. For more from the tournament, stay with Yahoo Sports.
