Twitter reacts to Audric Estime’s first receiving touchdown of career

In his second season, Notre Dame running back Audric Estime did not yet have a receiving touchdown to his name. There has been so much focus about his emergence as the Irish’s top running back that it hardly has been prioritized as a discussion. Regardless of how you felt about it, the topic no longer exists. That’s because on the Irish’s first drive against Navy, he caught a pass from Drew Pyne on third-and-8 for a 30-yard touchdown reception:

Estime continues to impress in a season when not everyone had their eye on him at the beginning. There’s no telling how much better he’ll get as he has at least another season to go in South Bend. That’s why no one will be surprised by anything he does as a junior as well as the rest of his sophomore season. Irish fans have come to expect it, but they’re still excited to see him do his thing as evidenced by these tweets:

Tim Flynn

Angelo Di Carlo

Liam Farrell

Patrick Engel

Sean Gallagher

Greg Slusarski

Steve Wolf Sr.
