Turlock police identify pro boxer as suspect after assault that left victim unconscious

A Central Valley-area pro boxer is suspected of assaulting a person and leaving them unconscious after a road rage incident, Turlock police said Wednesday. The Turlock Police Department said 31-year-old Nathan Leroy Davis Sharp is now wanted on battery and aggravated assault charges. He is known to frequent the Turlock, Modesto and Merced areas, but police are cautioning people that if he's seen to not approach him.
