Tua Tagovailoa’s 6 TD passes lead Dolphins to improbable victory over Ravens

Tua Tagovailoa equaled a Dolphins record by throwing 6 touchdown passes as Miami scored 28 points in 11:58 of the fourth quarter and posted a shocking 42-38 victory over the Ravens on Sunday.

The Ravens led 28-7 at the half and 35-14 in the fourth quarter before Tagovailoa connected on four touchdown passes in less than 12 minutes.

The first went to River Cracraft, then a pair to Tyreek Hill and a 21-point deficit had turned into a 35-35 tie.

The Ravens took a 38-35 lead on a Justin Tucker field goal but Tagovailoa took Miami 68 yards in 6 plays, finding Jaylen Waddle from 7 yards with the game-winning TD pass.

Tagovailoa was 36-of-50 for 469 yards, the 6 TDs, which tied the mark set by Bob Griese and Dan Marino.

Tyreek Hill had 11 catches for 190 yards and 2 TDs. Waddle had 11 grabs, too, for 171 yards and 2 TDs.

The comeback overshadowed Jackson, who threw for 318 yards and ran for 119 more, accounting for 4 touchdowns.
