Should we trust the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers or Brooklyn Nets to be a better team this season?

While the top of the NBA’s Eastern Conference is as strong as it has been in recent memory, three of the four teams that have a claim on being the best of the best in the East have flaws baked into their rosters heading into the 2022-23 season.

The Boston Celtics, of course, have the coaching scandal and multiple serious injury issues plaguing frontcourt players. The Philadelphia 76ers need James Harden and Joel Embiid to stay healthy and in good shape. And the Brooklyn Nets got … back together? — after an offseason filled with the chaos created by the Kevin Durant trade request.

Which of these teams should we trust the most to be among the teams setting the pace in the East for the season to come?

Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what Zach Lowe and the folks from ESPN’s “NBA Today” had to say about this question.
