Tristan Thompson Is Suing a Woman Who Claims He’s the Father of Her 4-Year-Old Son
Tristan Thompson just filed a libel lawsuit against a woman who claims he’s the father of her son.
Tristan took a paternity test and it came back negative, so there you go.
Ah, just when the drama surrounding Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal began to die down, he has another major problem brewing right before his eyes. (And no, this time, it has nothing to do with Khloé Kardashian.) Tristan just had to file a libel lawsuit against a woman named Kimberly Alexander, who’s claiming he’s the father of her 4-year-old son, and the details of this case are truly wild.
In the court documents, obtained by Us, Tristan called Kimberly “a wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her 15 minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that [he] is the father of her nearly 5-year-old son.”
The documents further allege that Tristan “did not believe that he was the child’s father” but willingly went to a “reputable, accredited DNA lab” to take a paternity test anyway back in January. The test “conclusively determined that Thompson is not the father of Alexander’s child,” so there you go!
Tristan’s attorney, Marty Singer, also had some alleged things to say on the matter. “Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child’s father and she has maliciously accused Thompson of being a deadbeat dad, ‘neglecting’ and failing to take financial responsibility for the child since birth. Such statements are absolutely false and are defamatory per se,” he said, according to Us, adding, “To quote Michael Jackson, ‘The kid is not [his] son.’”
No word yet on what will happen going forward, but Tristan’s demanding a trial by jury. Translation: This probably won’t go away for a little bit!
