MAN UTD TARGET EVANS RETURN
Manchester United are ready to submit an offer that would bring West Brom defender Jonny Evans back to Old Trafford, the Mirror reports.
Jose Mourinho believes Louis van Gaal made a mistake by selling the centre-back for £6 million in 2015, with the Red Devils reportedly fending off interest from Manchester City and Arsenal for the 29-year-old.
West Brom are believed to be open to selling Evans for around £30M during the January window.
LIVERPOOL TO MISS OUT ON DE VRIJ
Liverpool are set to miss out on Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij, according to the Mirror .
The Reds reportedly have monitored the Dutch centre-back as an alternative to Southampton's Virgil van Dijk, but they're poised to miss out as Inter Milan prepare a £25 million bid that would keep De Vrij in Serie A.
CONTE TO MADRID, ANCELOTTI TO CHELSEA
A report in the Sun has claimed that Real Madrid are lining up Antonio Conte as a replacement for Zinedine Zidane, with the Daily Record reporting that Carlo Ancelotti will return to Stamford Bridge before next season.
The Chelsea boss is apparently high up on the list of candidates to take over from Zidane, while Ancelotti has apparently held talks with Roman Abramovich and it's a case of 'when, not if' over the Italian's return.
BARCA TO IMPROVE COUTINHO BID
Barcelona's main objective this winter will once again be the signing of Philippe Coutinho, with the Spanish side ready to come back in with an improved bid according to Mundo Deportivo .
While Liverpool turned down their star man's transfer request this summer, it is thought they will be more open to his move during the January transfer window and Barcelona believe there is a price set around €145 million
MOURINHO TO LET MKHITARYAN LEAVE
Jose Mourinho may be willing to let Henrikh Mkhitaryan leave this winter, according to BBC Sport .
The Manchester United boss let both Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin leave last winter, and the report says a "breakdown in trust" could allow the same for the 28-year-old come January.
GUNNERS GEARING UP FOR OVERAUL
As many as 10 first-team players could be on the way out at Arsenal, reports the Daily Mail .
With new head of recruitment Sven Mislintat installed, the club have already started putting together a plan for a massive overhaul, with Mainz’s Abdou Diallo and Wolfsburg’s Ohis Felix Uduokhai among the players already being mentioned as potential targets.
