Transfer destinations for former Florida State Seminoles football players

Head coach Mike Norvell and Florida State football have done a strong job in adding players from the NCAA transfer portal.

The Seminoles' nine-player class is ranked as the No. 1 class by 247Sports and No. 4 by On3. The recruiting services are in agreement that FSU has added a lot of talent.

But as is the case with many programs across the nation, the Seminoles have also lost players in the transfer portal as position rooms (running back and wide receiver) become more crowded or players leave as graduate transfers.

In some cases, the coaches and players may have felt that a new start would be beneficial for both sides.

FSU has seen 13 players enter the portal this offseason. The defensive back room has seen the most defections for the Seminoles this offseason, with four players hitting the portal

The biggest "loss" for the Seminoles was former top-100 recruit defensive back Sam McCall. He was the highest-rated player in FSU's 2022 recruiting class.

Running back Treshuan Ward was the biggest loss for Florida State in terms of on-field production. The former walk-on running back began the season as the starting running back for the Seminoles, finishing the season with 628 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on 95 rush attempts.

Here is an updated look at players who have entered the portal and where they ended up. This list will be updated with new transfers and new destinations.
