The Portland Trail Blazers have announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind!!

The Blazers made their first limited-edition Non-Fungible Tokens available to the public on July 19, in partnership with StormX as they released the first of its NFT Gameday Poster Collection pieces.

StormX, who partnered with the Trail Blazers earlier this summer, has helped form this initiative.

“I am honored to launch our organization’s first Non-Fungible Tokens alongside our new partner and crypto expert, StormX,” said Chris McGowan, President and CEO of the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter in the team’s press release.

The Gameday Poster Collection is a pivotal part of the Trail Blazers gameday experience, and I look forward to making these accessible to Rip City fans across the world.

As StormX looks to inform more people on NFTs, which are digital assets stored on a blockchain that are unique to the buyer, the Blazers are also looking to navigate through the NFT space.
