BRAD STONEBRAKER: While many were worried about Hawks point guard Trae Young's semi-slow start to the season, those who have him rostered have had their worries disappear in a big way. His slow start consisted of shooting below 40% from the field in five of his first eight games of the season. But fast forward to the present, and he's now shooting a career high 45.8% from the field, which is a full 2% higher than his previous high.

Trae is also fantastic from the line with a mark just shy of 90%, and he's third in the league in assists with 9.6 of them per game, trailing only James Harden and Chris Paul in that department. It keeps getting better, too, as Young gave us a taste of his ceiling after a historic and career night in which he scored 56 points with 14 assists in the loss to the Blazers on January 3.

And with other fantastic performances surrounding that one, he's been the best fantasy player over the past two weeks and is just a spot shy of first round stats on the season. If you wanted to nitpick, Trae did not shoot it all too well in his last two games of week 12, but we like the chances of him turning around far sooner rather than later.
