Thursday's prep highlights: Knight delivers game-winning single for Salt Fork baseball

➜ Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond scored at least two runs in every inning of a five-inning nonconference road win at Ervin Park. was a superb 5 for 5 at the plate with three doubles and eight RBI to lead the Knights (5-2), while went 4 for 4 with two doubles, two RBI, three stolen bases and five runs scored. and each drove in a run for Tuscola (2-8).

➜ GCMS trailed 10-3 after five innings before scoring five runs in the bottom of the sixth and two more in the seventh to tie the game at 10 before darkness halted the nonconference game after eight innings. went 2 for 4 with five RBI and was 2 for 3 with three RBI for the Falcons (3-0-1). was 3 for 5 with three RBI to lead Westville (5-3-1).

Foran shined on the mound, too, throwing five shutout innings of three-hit relief. went 3 for 4 with two RBI to lead Prairie Central (1-7).

➜ hit three triples and drove in three runs, went 3 for 3 with two doubles and two RBI and was 2 for 3 with three RBI and three runs scored to lead the Comets (4-4) to a home nonconference win. was 2 for 4 with three RBI for Heritage (0-7).

Sabalaskey helped herself out in the batter's box with two doubles and an RBI, while teammates and each had two hits and an RBI. struck out 12 in throwing a complete game for Centennial.
