The 10-man rotation, starring the mess in Memphis

A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: Sports on Earth. Taking on tempestuous Memphis Grizzlies owner Robert Pera, poised to make a lawyer his head scout and let another 50-win coach leave the organization. Also, you should really listen to this hilarious interview between ESPN Radio’s Chris Vernon and interim general manager Chris Wallace.
PF: Yahoo Sports. For anyone that still stupidly thinks that the NBA draft lottery is rigged, here are representations of a billion dollar accounting firm putting their company’s future on the line in order to make sure that the Cleveland Cavaliers get themselves a pretty sweet basketball player.
SF: Piston Powered. A very sad look at how much the 2012 Ben Gordon trade – and not even the 2009 signing, mind you – cost and helped but mostly cost the Pistons in ownership cash and player payroll terms.
SG: RealGM. Shams Charania on how, in many ways, Cleveland backing its way into yet another No. 1 pick says more about LeBron James’ decision (lower-case) than you’d initially think.
PG: National Post. Eric Koreen on the abject silliness of the NBA lottery march.
6th: Grantland. Andrew Sharp is frustrated at having to be a very smart Washington Wizards fan that also happens to enjoy Washington Wizards basketball in May.
7th: SB Nation. In this column, the great David Roth compares appreciating the Spurs to learning to appreciate Steely Dan, so of course I’ve already read this four times.
8th: Sports Illustrated. Lee Jenkins features are always must-reads, and this SI cover story about Adam Silver is no exception. Fantastic work here.
9th: SB Nation. Tom Ziller discusses how the NBA’s concussion policy is, to put it mildly, a work in progress.
10th: Grantland. Zach Lowe was at the NBA lottery yesterday and then wrote something about it. Pretty much all you need to know.
