Texas A&M star point guard Wade Taylor IV makes another preseason watchlist
Yes, you heard that right. Junior guard Wade Taylor IV has been added to another preseason watchlist for the 2024 basketball season.
Taylor was recently announced to the NABC Division I Player of the Year watchlist along with 19 other players. The award is given annually to the top point guard in Division 1 men’s basketball selected by the Division I head coaches.
The 2024 NABC Division I Player of the Year – selected by a nationwide vote of Division I head coaches – will be announced the week of the 2024 Men’s Final Four.

Wade Taylor IV finished last season at 16.5 points per game and led the SEC in free throws made with 168 at 87.5%. He was named to the following 2023 teams.
SEC All-Tournament Team
All-SEC First Team (AP and Coaches)
Third-Team All-American (Stadium.com)
NABC Second-Team All-District 20
