  • The first event, happening Sept. 30, will focus on elite trainer Angela Manuel Davis leading a mindful moment, followed by a conversation between Nina Agdal and Women's Health's editor-in-chief Liz Plosser.

  • The second event will kick off with a workout from elite trainer Ben Bruno, followed by a Q&A with Kate Upton and Plosser.
