Sub-zero wind chills expected for Patriots’ playoff game against Bills

The New England Patriots wild card round playoff matchup against the Buffalo Bills already has an interesting caveat.

The weather forecast is calling for wind chills below zero on Saturday night in Highmark Stadium. The wind isn’t expected to be roaring like it was in the Week 13 matchup, but it will still be advantageous to run the ball in these conditions.

The Patriots have a strong rushing attack with Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson, while the Bills rely much more on passing the ball. Regardless, Josh Allen is a tough quarterback who can run the ball and make difficult passes in any conditions.

The Patriots need any advantage they can get heading into this game and the cold weather is something that typically has helped them in the past.
