Adams, in a battle for a rebound late in the third quarter of Oklahoma City’s win over the Washington Wizards on Thursday, saw Bradley Beal get the bounce instead. Then, this happened.

That does not appear to be an accident. That is not OK. And no, Reggie Miller, it is most definitely not “hustle personified.”

That is Adams squaring up and kicking an opponent square in the man zone a la Draymond Green after watching him get a rebound.

While Adams appeared to fool the refs at first along with Miller, who was on the call for TNT, officials went back and assessed Adams with a technical foul. It’s the absolute minimum punishment for such an egregious offense.
