Steph scores 32 on 33rd birthday, likens himself to aging wine originally appeared on NBC Sports Bayarea

Steph Curry shouldn't be getting better as he gets older.

But the two-time NBA MVP is defying Father Time, putting together one of the best seasons of his 12-year NBA career.

There's no better example of Curry's dominance than his performance on his 33rd birthday.

In the Warriors' impressive 131-119 win over the NBA-best Utah Jazz, Curry dropped in 32 points on 10-of-20 shooting from the field and 6-of-9 shooting from 3-point range. He also dished out nine assists and pulled down five rebounds.

"It's like that aging wine, right?" Curry said to NBC Sports Bay Area's Bob Fitzgerald and Kelenna Azubuike after the game. "Keep it in the cellar and watch it get stronger and better, so I'm just enjoying the ride."

Through 37 games this season, Curry is averaging 29.3 points, 6.3 assists and 5.4 rebounds.
