When Steph knew Warriors would be getting amped up Draymond originally appeared on NBC Sports Bayarea

Immediately after the final buzzer sounded in Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday, it was clear that Draymond Green was going to be extra motivated for Sunday's contest.

In the Warriors' 107-88 win over the Boston Celtics in Game 2 at Chase Center, vintage Draymond took center stage ... to nobody's surprise.

After the game, Steph Curry was asked when he knew that the Warriors would be getting an amped-up Draymond for Game 2.

"About five minutes after Game 1," Curry said matter-of-factly.

Draymond turned the page quickly. After Game 1, he recorded a podcast, where he was honest about his mistakes and then set his sights on a return to form in Game 2.

And that's exactly what he did.

In 34 minutes of action, Draymond scored nine points, and recorded five rebounds and seven assists while reviving his role as a facilitator on offense and a lock-down defender.
