Sheesh. A bit of a surprise to many, the Pittsburgh Steelers are utterly getting dominated by the San Fransisco 49ers on both sides of the ball. Now they’re forced to get through the game with a few key starters, in addition to the Cam Heyward exit earlier.

Cam Heyward - groin

Heyward attempted to return but left as quickly almost as he came back. Groins are tricky. The injury will need to get under control, or it’s something that can rear its ugly head all season long.

DeMarvin Leal - elbow

Diontae Johnson - hamstring

Johnson had just three receptions (six targets) for 48 yards before exiting with a hamstring injury.
