Free-agent guard Ramon Sessions has agreed to a one-year, $2.3 million deal with the New York Knicks, league sources told The Vertical.

Sessions, who has played 10 NBA seasons, gives the Knicks veteran stability at point guard and starting versatility alongside No. 8 overall pick Frank Ntilikina.

Sessions averaged 6.2 points and 2.6 assists for the Charlotte Hornets last season. He has averaged 10.6 points, 4.1 assists and 23.7 minutes per game for his career.

The Knicks also signed Atlanta Hawks restricted free agent Tim Hardaway Jr. to a four-year, $71 million contract and guard Ron Baker on a two-year deal this offseason.
