The New York Knicks are acquiring point guard Emmanuel Mudiay in a three-team deal, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

The Dallas Mavericks are getting forward Doug McDermott from New York and a second-round pick from the Denver Nuggets, who are getting Devin Harris from the Mavericks, league sources said.

Mudiay, 21, is averaging career lows of 8.5 points, 2.9 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 42 games. In two-plus seasons with the Nuggets, Mudiay averaged 11.1 points, 4.3 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game.

Mudiay was drafted seventh overall in 2015, but never really found his footing with the Nuggets.

Harris, 34, is in his 14th season and averaged 8.5 points and 1.9 assists in 44 games with the Mavs this season, shooting 35.2 percent from 3-point range.

McDermott was drafted 11th overall in 2014 out of Creighton and averaged 7.2 points and 2.4 rebounds this season for the Knicks, who acquired him in the trade that sent Carmelo Anthony to the Thunder.
