Johnson averaged 10.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 73 games for the Heat this season, his first on a four-year contract he signed with Miami in 2017.

Johnson has emerged as one of the Heat’s leaders in his two seasons in Miami, providing coach Erik Spoelstra with positional versatility in the starting lineup or off the bench. Johnson, 31, has found a niche in Miami after playing for four other teams throughout his nine-year NBA career.
