Free-agent swingman Gerald Green has agreed on a contract with the Milwaukee Bucks, league sources told The Vertical.

Green will sign a non-guaranteed deal for training camp, and is expected to compete for a regular-season roster spot. Milwaukee has looked to add depth at the wing positions, bringing Green and veteran guard Brandon Rush to camp.

Green, 31, has played 10 NBA seasons and spent 2016-17 with the Boston Celtics, where he became a key contributor in the postseason. Green averaged 7.7 points, 1.5 rebounds and 14.8 minutes while shooting 46.7 percent from the 3-point line in 13 games (seven starts) in the Celtics’ run to the Eastern Conference finals.

Green, a prolific athlete and solid shooter, has career averages of 9.6 points and 2.4 rebounds.
