Social media reacts to Auburn beating SE Louisiana
Auburn basketball fans had to wait for the second game of the season, but they finally got a chance to celebrate a win Friday night after the Tigers beat SE Louisiana 86-71 in Neville Arena.
While it wasn’t always pretty, Auburn (1-1) did enough to earn their first win of the season and it was one for the record books. Jaylin Williams has now won 88 games in his time as a Tiger, making him the winningest player in program history.
The win was Bruce Pearl’s 174 on the Plains, making him the third-winningest coach in program history.
