Sixers star Tobias Harris out vs. Blazers due to health and safety protocols

The Philadelphia 76ers were already down a couple of players on Monday for their matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers. They are obviously down Ben Simmons as he continues to get himself right, but they are also down Joel Embiid due to a scheduled rest day.

Now, they just found out before the game that they will be without Tobias Harris as well. So they will be down their top three players for their matchup with the Trail Blazers.

Harris is out as he will now enter the league’s health and safety protocols. This is an update that is coming shortly before tipoff so this is a tough blow to a Sixers team trying to figure it all out. Furkan Korkmaz will start in his place.

Harris is Philadelphia’s go-to guy from the perimeter so this will be tough for Philadelphia to overcome. They will need Tyrese Maxey, Seth Curry, and Andre Drummond to give a lot out on the floor in this one.
