Sixers sharpshooter Seth Curry will play, start in Game 3 vs. Wizards

The Philadelphia 76ers will hit the road as the scene now shifts to D.C. in their Round 1 series with the Washington Wizards on Saturday for Game 3. The Sixers will be looking to take a 3-0 stranglehold on the series and take care of business on the road and they will have their full complement of players.

After leaving their Game 2 win with a left ankle sprain, Seth Curry will play on Saturday and be in the lineup to fire up his usual assortment of 3-pointers next to Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid. Curry is averaging 6.5 3-point attempts in this playoff series and that is a key number for Philadelphia’s offense in order to space the floor.

For the Wizards, Russell Westbrook will play after also leaving Game 2 with an ankle injury. That was not much of a surprise considering his competitive level and the Sixers will have to be ready for a desperate Wizards team.

Tip off from Capital One Arena is set for 7 p.m. EDT.
