Sixers’ Jaden Springer performs well in Blue Coats loss to Cruise

While the Philadelphia 76ers are preparing for the final stretch run of the season, their young players are in Delaware continuing to get the necessary development they need to move their careers forward.

Young Sixers guard Jaden Springer, the 28th overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft, has been up and down all season between the Sixers and the Blue Coats. On Wednesday, Springer was assigned back to Delaware and he had a nice night on the offensive end in a matchup with the Motor City Cruise at home.

Springer had 14 points and four steals, but the Blue Coats fell to the Cruise 116-111. Overall, it was a nice night for the second-year guard as he continues to develop professionally.

Along with a nice night from Springer, the Blue Coats received 16 points on four triples from two-way plater Louis King, seven points and seven assists from dunk champion Mac McClung, and Michael Foster Jr. had 18 points and eight rebounds. Braxton Key also added 18 and 12 boards.
