While Simon Cowell already has an impressive CV, he's thinking about adding to his list of achievements by publishing a cookbook.
The music mogul has undergone a big health overhaul in recent years and thinks he could pass what he's learnt onto others looking to do the same.
"It’s something I have been thinking about because everyone’s so interested," he told The Sun. "I think I would call it, ‘It’s Not That Difficult’.
“I’d give people some of the recipes I have been following. What you eat has to taste nice — otherwise you won’t stick to it.”
Cowell, 60, added that some believe he'd had a gastric band fitted, which isn't the case, but he did admit there were "times when it was tough".
It is said the Britain's Got Talent judge shed 20lbs after changing his diet which saw him shun red meat.
Recently, his former X Factor co-star Sharon Osbourne has said that the father-of-one "doesn't like people who are overweight".
Speaking on the Honest AF podcast, she remarked: "Simon doesn't have an ability to see individuals. He doesn't like people who are overweight. Seriously.
“That's why he turned down Jennifer Hudson, that's why he wouldn't champion her on American Idol. But it's the truth. He's very dated.”
