Sharon Stone defends Christian Bale's past rants on film sets
Sharon Stone appeared on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert," Wednesday, and while talking about her own illustrious career as an actress she found herself defending Christian Bale. Bale has been labeled as difficult by film crews since a video surfaced in 2009 of an outburst that occurred while on the set of "Terminator."
The Academy-Award-winning actor is known for his dedication to the craft and his commitment to transforming into character. Stone respects Bale talents and had a little bit of advice for those on set who are easily offended.
"People, you know, want to get up in his business while he's trying to completely transform into another person," said Stone. "Then he's like, 'Get away from me!' And then they want to criticize him for not being available to them. I find that a little bit...you know, maybe they should just grow up."
