Shailene Woodley, Aaron Rodgers, Anna Nicole Smith's daughter and more stars at the Kentucky Derby

Celebrity power couple Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers were among the famous faces at the Kentucky Derby this weekend.

The actress, 29, and Green Bay Packers quarterback, 37, stepped out in their Derby best: Woodley in a pink suit vest, matching slacks and a large floppy sun hat, Rodgers in a dark suit, purple button down, white sneakers and a black bowler.

The couple joined Woodley's former "Divergent" and "The Spectacular Now" co-star Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Teller, in photos posted to Keleigh's Instagram on Saturday. Miles Teller, who is set to appear alongside Tom Cruise in the COVID-delayed film "Top Gun: Maverick," opted for a salmon suit.

Elsewhere at the derby, Tori Kelly performed the national anthem. The singer, 28, wore a flowing floral Marc Jacobs gown and matching custom lavender fascinator from CAM Hats, per her stylist Amanda Lim.

“I’m stoked because I’ve always wanted to go to the Kentucky Derby,” Kelly told USA TODAY last week in an exclusive performance announcement. “It’s such an iconic event.”

While discussing her outfit plans, Kelly said it would be “crazy for me not to fully embrace everything that comes with it," and shared she planned on wearing a custom hat for the event. The hats worn to the racetrack are a part of a long-established Southern tradition, but according to the Derby’s website, didn’t gain prominence as a fashion statement until the 1960s.

“I’m so grateful to even be getting asked to do these things through COVID,” Kelly added. She didn’t mention specific protocols but acknowledged that she had no problem agreeing to them. “It doesn’t throw me off too much as far as mental preparation and getting ready for the performance because I’m just so happy to be there.”

Dannielynn Birkhead, the 14-year-old daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith, also attended with her father, Larry Birkhead.

"It’s that time of year again," Larry Birkhead, a former celebrity photographer, captioned a series of photos of the two on Instagram, joking that his daughter "finished first" in her outfit, a teal pantsuit from Jovani Fashions and an oversized white flower fascinator. He opted for a light purple suit with a light blue shirt.

"She said she wanted to wear something entirely different than she had in the past. I guess that means no more 'little girl' dresses??" Larry Birkhead wrote. "She cleaned out the chocolate brownies, ice cream and nachos while at the same time critiquing my outfit."

The Kentucky Derby has become an annual tradition for the Birkheads, and they frequently go all-out with their outfits. Larry Birkhead told USA TODAY in 2015 that the race was their "one big dad-daughter date of the year."
