Boston Celtics All-Star forward Jaylen Brown recently added a new storefront for his 7uice brand to the seaport of the city he plays in (Boston, Massachusetts for those of you who have just awoken from a decade-long slumber), and hosted a grand opening on Friday, Oct. 1.

Attended by a number of his teammates who all had the day off from training camp practice, the Celtics were out in force to support the Georgia native’s new local venture. The apparel brand already has an online outlet selling everything from shirts and shorts to totes and hats with a sharp logo and a bit of a bohemian feel as one might gather from Brown’s esoteric but intellectual personality.

Let’s take a look at some of the images and video clips captured by Forbes Sports’ Chris Grenham and Jared Weiss of The Athletic.

Fans were out in force early to see the opening, making the trip to the seaport before noon.

A line of potential customers could be seen stretching off into the distance.

Second-year forward Aaron Nesmith was also among the fans in attendance early.

He was joined by rookie two way forward Sam Hauser as well.

In short order, the store was officially open for business, with Marcus Smart, Grant Williams, Juwan Morgan, Theo Pinson, and Jabari Parker joining to support Brown as well.

Those in attendance posed for a commemorative photo.

New Celtics point guard Dennis Schroder also made an appearance.

Someone handed the German point guard a skateboard, cognizant of Schroder’s shredding skills he’d demonstrated earlier in the offseason.

To the likely horror of the front office, he immediately did a kickflip.

We suppose German Rondo is used to living dangerously after this summer’s contract negotiations.

Fellow All-Star forward Jayson Tatum showed up with the biggest star to attend the opening, Deuce Tatum.

The rising young star was of course immediately greeted with cheers on exiting the vehicle.

Smart and Tatum purchased some of the goods on offer and posed for some photos.

Clearly, Smart and Tatum are not going to be getting along on the court this year (this is sarcasm, folks).

In all seriousness, it’s great to see the team out on their day off supporting Brown’s new venture.

Whatever negativity might have been lingering after a tough series of seasons seems to have been washed away with the anticipation of the one about to arrive.

This event is but one in a series of data points added to several media day interviews that suggests real excitement among the players to get on the court and support each other there as well.
