Starling Marte made his first appearance this spring on the fields at Port St. Lucie for the Mets. Marte joined the entire roster getting in the batting cages and on the field. Jose Quintana was dealing in the bullpen, while David Peterson and Tommy Hunter threw live BP. Mark Canha got some work in the outfield and at the plate. Pete Alonso and Francisco Lindor were among the Mets getting going during spring training.
