SEE IT: Westbrook in a Wizards jersey...with Wall's number?! originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington

After The Athletic's Shams Charania reported there were trade discussions revolving around a John Wall-Russell Westbrook trade between the Wizards and Rockets on Tuesday, Twitter erupted in reactions from around the DMV area

Chronicling the D.C. sports market's reactions is one thing, but seeing the jersey swap between the two players...Wall fans may want to look away as this particular shirt swap allows Westbrook to don the 2010 No. 1 overall pick's celebrated No. 2 jersey.

As the tweet compares the practically identical contracts for Wall and Westbrook, this photoshop fails to consider the jersey numbers. Whereas Houston has retired Yao Ming's No. 11 that Wall wore at Kentucky, nothing would stop him from sporting the No. 2 he's had all 10 seasons in the nation's capital. Though the Wizards have five retired numbers themselves, Westbrook's No. 0 isn't one of them.
