Lamar Jackson took another stride in his leadership endeavors, Sunday prior to a matchup against the Tennessee Titans by leading the pregame team huddle.
Jackson seems to be giving some sort of motivational speech to his teammates who are facing the Titans for the first time since being eliminated by them in the 2019 postseason.
Reigning NFL MVP gets more vocal.
In a role that has been passed from Ray Lewis to Terrell Suggs, Lamar Jackson steps up and gives his first talk in the Ravens' final on-field huddle after warmups.

Pregame wasn't all positive for the Ravens however, as a scuffle broke out between the two teams after the Titans ran directly to the midfield shield at M&T Bank Stadium — A sign of disrespect in the football world.
The two sides had to be separated, including a heated exchange between Ravens head coach John Harbaugh and Titans defensive back Malcolm Butler.
