SEC Tournament: First pitch time announced for Tennessee-Alabama softball game

No. 1 seed Tennessee (42-8, 19-5 SEC) defeated No. 8 Florida (36-20, 11-13 SEC), 4-0, in the Southeastern Conference Tournament quarterfinals Friday at Bogle Field in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Tennessee advances to play Alabama in the semifinals on Friday. First pitch is slated for 6:30 p.m. EDT and will be televised by ESPN2.

The winner between the Lady Vols and Crimson Tide will advance to play either Auburn or South Carolina in the SEC Tournament championship game.

First pitch between Auburn and South Carolina is slated for 4 p.m. EDT on Friday (ESPN2).

The SEC Tournament championship game will take place on Saturday at 5 p.m. EDT (ESPN2).

Tennessee entered postseason-play after winning the Southeastern Conference regular-season championship.
