The Seattle Seahawks will finally have a fully healthy offensive line for the first time since Week 14.

And it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.

The Seahawks will be taking on the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday in the NFL Wild Card round, and the line is going to need all the help it can get to protect Russell Wilson.

Thankfully, help is on the way.

On Tuesday, the Seahawks officially activated RT Brandon Shell from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Also during Tuesday’s presser, head coach Pete Carroll stated that LG Mike Iupati is expected to play on Saturday, as well.

Carroll made it clear before practice to the media what it means to have both Shell and Iupati back with the offensive line.

“Stability, really,” Said Carroll. “Both those guys have been solid performers for us, they have the most experience over the guys that have been playing and that should help the guys next to them, and Both those guys are starters for a reason. We are happy to have them back, looks great to see them back in the huddle.”

The Rams have always been a dangerous team for the Seahawks, especially because they have a man named Aaron Donald who is an absolute beast.

Donald himself after their win against the Arizona Cardinals was more than excited to be facing Seattle.

Saying after the game it's “exactly what we wanted.”

Donald has always done well against the Seahawks, but thankfully, Seattle will be full go on the offensive line when it really matters.

Kickoff between the Seahawks and Rams is set for 1:40 p.m. PT on Saturday, January 9 at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.
