It’s a momentum occasion: the New Orleans Saints shared a highlight video to mark our progress in the offseason, sitting 100 days out from their 2023 season kickoff on Sept. 10. This quick-hits video from organized team activities practices gave us our best look yet at Derek Carr, Jamaal Williams and many of their new teammates like Chris Olave and Cameron Jordan (plus Rashid Shaheed and Alontae Taylor in their new Nos. 22 and 1 jerseys, respectively).

These have been voluntary workouts so far, but the Saints will hold mandatory practices later in June which will give us a better idea of who’s available and who is still managing injuries. In the meantime, we’ll be easily entertained (and a little encouraged) by the ease with which Carr is connecting to Williams on those passes to the flats. Those two veteran free agent signings are going to be critical forces for the Saints in the fall, so it’s good to see them getting in rhythm already.
