Sabrina Ionescu has carried the Liberty so far, and it's put the league on notice.

The Liberty guard was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played from May 14 to May 23.

In five games to start the year, Ionescu is averaging 18.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 8.8 assists. She's also shooting 41.5 percent from the field, and even more impressively, 48.5 percent from deep.
