- New Clippers point guard Russell Westbrook debuted on February 24 against the Sacramento Kings, and his place within the rotation shows how desperate LA was for help at that position. Not only did Westbrook start the 176 to 175 double overtime thriller, but he played 39 minutes in the defeat. Shooting 7 for 13 from the field and 2 of 2 from the foul line, Westbrook scored 17 points with five rebounds, 14 assists, one steal, and one 3-pointer.

Alas, turnovers were once again, an issue, which is no surprise to fantasy managers who have him rostered in 9-cat leagues. Westbrook was responsible for seven of the Clippers 25 turnovers on the night, which is a bit discouraging, given the presence of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Hopefully, the turnovers will be more manageable as Westbrook gets more comfortable with his new teammates. And while Westbrook's arrival does address a vital issue for the Clippers, fantasy managers who have Terance Mann rostered should begin looking for alternatives.
