St. Peter’s miracle run through the Men’s NCAA Tournament came to an end at the hands of UNC, who will move on to face Duke in the Final Four. LeBron James is taking home a Razzie for Worst Actor for his performance in Space Jam: A New Legacy while Serena and Venus Williams steal the show at the Oscars. And after Tom Brady unretired, Peyton Manning justifiably wants to take back his retirement gifts to his former on-field foe. PLUS: With Oscar Sunday in the rearview mirror, The Rush is handing out some awards of our own, including the Cinderella Award, Survival of the Fittest, Fashion Icon, Best Speech Award, and Best Gift.

[CHEERING]

MATT HARMON: It was Oscar weekend here in LA, so we would be missing a golden opportunity if we didn't hand out our infamous Rushie awards this weekend.

- What?

- What?

MATT HARMON: You'll figure it out. Best part of our show, though-- it's sucker punch free or at least I hope so. I'm alone in this room, so that would be quite a twist.

Anyways, on to business-- first things first, we have to tip our caps to St. Peter's Peacocks. The 15th seed's miracle run came to an end at the hands of North Carolina, who dominated St. Peter's in their Elite Eight match-up.

- Davis, give it up. Love-- upstairs.

MATT HARMON: Even so, the Peacocks take home our Cinderella award. Bravo, lads. Bravo.

SHAHEEN HOLLOWAY: Hey.

MATT HARMON: But this game also produced the Rushie for Best Speech.

HUBERT DAVIS: I just desperately wanted this for them. And I love these guys so much. They trusted me in my first year. They allowed me to coach them and allowed me to be in their life.

MATT HARMON: That was UNC Head Coach Hubert Davis causing you to cry your own tears, you big baby. Congrats on the Rushie award, coach, and I mean, in all seriousness, mazeltov on making it to the Final Four. That might be slightly more important. Of course, this sets a match-up with Duke. This will be the first time these storied rivals have ever faced off in the big dance, which would be a fun chapter in the Coach Krzyzewski farewell tour.

Sunday's other Elite Eight match-up on the men's side saw the last-remaining number-one seed Kansas down our pick for Best Overachievers, Miami. It was U's first-ever Elite Eight appearance. And as the only one seed making it to the Final Four, the Rushie for survival of the fittest-- obviously, it's got to go to the Jayhawks, who face Villanova in the Final Four.

- Survive.

MATT HARMON: Now winning a Rushie is a big deal. It opens all kinds of doors.

- [INAUDIBLE] the door.

MATT HARMON: But we're not the only highly-prestigious show handing out awards right now. The Razzies have a tradition of handing out the worst movie award the day before the Oscars. And NBA GOAT [INAUDIBLE] LeBron James picked up the Razzie for worst actor for his performance in "Space Jam: A New Legacy"--

- What is this?

MATT HARMON: --which is, of course, a remake of "Space Jam" that stars the real GOAT, Michael Jordan. We can keep the GOAT debate going on, but there's no longer any need to discuss that other movie, for God sakes.

Over at the actual Oscars, the most famous sisters in sports, Venus and Serena Williams, made an appearance. And without a doubt, they're getting the Fashion Icon Award. The Rushie has been held by Gritty for quite some time, but we thought it's time to level up here.

- Level up, level up, level up.

MATT HARMON: We'll end the evening with the Best Gift award. Peyton Manning gifted Tom Brady a handwritten note and some expensive-ass wine for TB 12's retirement. And it would take home the Rushie for Best Gift. But Tom Brady is-- if you hadn't heard yet-- he's coming out of retirement. And Peyton wants that wine back.

PEYTON MANNING: If he unretires, I want the wine back.

MATT HARMON: So we're giving Brady the award for Best Gift because-- let's be honest here-- he's probably never going to retire. He's just the gift that keeps on giving. Sorry, Peyton, there goes another award/record that TB12 has stolen from you.
