JARED QUAY: "Thursday Night Football" was a battle between the young bucks. In the contest between the Jaguars and the Bengals, Joe Burrow won out. The Bengals overcame a 14-0 deficit to win the game behind a field goal at the buzzer. A strong performance by Burrow helped out, too.

- Cincinnati wins it 24-21.

JARED QUAY: The sophomore threw for 348 yards, two touchdowns, and no picks.

- Uzomah a move and a touchdown!

JARED QUAY: Rookie Trevor Lawrence's passing game was a bit shaky. He threw for 204 yards with no touchdowns, although he did run for a score. The Bengals win brings Cincy to 3 and 1, while the Jags are sitting at 0 and 4.

- That's not good.

JARED QUAY: If I'm the Bengals and the Jags, I'd just be glad I don't have to play against Tom Brady and the Bucs this season. The Patriots, on the other hand, not so lucky. The Bucs will play in Foxborough on Sunday. And the excitement over Tom Brady returning to his old stomping grounds is incredible. You know who's the most excited of them all, though?

TOM BRADY: I have nothing but incredible thoughts, memories, emotions towards all the kind of football experiences I've had. And that-- that's obviously one that was the longest.

JARED QUAY: Tom Brady. He's so fond of his old job in New England that he lost his voice talking about it. I love what Tom's doing here. He butters them up and then, boom, drops the hammer.

TOM BRADY: I still have a lot of great friends there. But they know I want to kick their butt this week.

JARED QUAY: You got to love press-conference Tom Brady delivering that insult and a smile with PG vocabulary. Game Tom Brady, though, he'd be like--

TOM BRADY: Way to [BLEEP] go!

JARED QUAY: When it comes to Tom Brady and his Super Bowls, there is no more Mr. Nice Guy. And if Brady and Bucs play their cards right this season, they'll be too busy to watch maybe the dopest Super Bowl halftime show of all time. The halftime show at Super Bowl 56 is about to be lit. Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, M&M, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar are headlining the halftime show at SoFi Stadium.

- (SINGING) [INAUDIBLE] Long Beach, Inglewood.

JARED QUAY: Roc Nation helped build the lineup. And Roc Nation is founded by Jay-Z. And Jay-Z partnered with the NFL to help the league reshape its image with respects to race and social justice and the league needing to rebrand because of how Colin Kaepernick was treated after he silently protested police brutality.

So basically, Kaepernick kneeled so we can get a dope halftime hip hop show. Now, don't get me wrong. This is not what we're really fighting for. But it's still pretty cool. So thank you, Kaepernick. Thank you, Jay-Z. Thank you, NFL. Thank you hip-hop. And thank you me for enjoying the halftime show.
