- Nice block by Brown Junior, and here comes Joel. Big man behind the back wanting to go coast to coast. What a finish.

- The NBA center is considered to have gone the way of the dinosaur, extinct, but last night, Joel Embiid and Mo Bamba put on a show. Embiid did what he's been doing all season so far.

- In to Embiid. He spins quickly and flips it in.

- And Mo Bamba decided to channel his inner Steph Curry.

- Gladly.

- Bamba will shoot that three and makes it.

- In the end, the Sixers got the 123-110 W, and Embiid continued adding to his MVP resume by tying his career high with 50 points. On the other hand, the Magic are still dead last in the entire league, but Bamba actually got his career high in points with 32, despite fouling out in the third quarter. So maybe the future isn't all that dark and gloomy in Orlando. Klay, you're lucky he found out because he was coming for that record.

- He's not worried.

- Oh, yeah, sure.

- I don't know what is up with some of these NFL coaches, but another one has been punished for abusing one of his players. Bruce Arians was caught on camera slapping Buc's safety Andrew Adams on the helmet during the third quarter against the Eagles on Sunday.

- What the [BLEEP] was he thinking?

- Allegedly, Arians was just trying to stop Adams from getting the penalty. Whatever the reason, that helmet slap just cost him $50,000. I just want to point out that Urban Meyer kicked his kicker and was fired, so do what you want to do with that information.

- I see what you did there.

- The other leader on the Bucs Mr. Tom Brady just admitted that he gets away with talking back to refs.

TOM BRADY: I do know that they probably let me get away with a lot of unsportsmanlike conduct, talking smack to the other team, and talking smack to the refs when I don't think I get the right call.

- That's mighty big of him to say. I appreciate a little self-awareness, but Brady definitely doesn't agree that he gets more favorable whistles like with roughing the passer calls.

TOM BRADY: We should look that up over the last, whatever, 10 years who's got the most roughing the passer penalties. I hope it's not me because then I just put my foot in my mouth.

- Luckily, the guys at PFF got Brady covered, and wouldn't you know it. Brady is 10th and roughing the passer calls over the last 10 years.

- Would you look at that.

- OK, Brady, I'll see you. Now, help your coach out and teach him some people skills so he can stop slapping his own players. I just don't get it.

- You need to work on your people skills.

- COVID is throwing all of our schedules out of whack. I haven't been able to tell you what day of the week it is for about two years now.

- What year is it?

- And pro sports is just as lost as the rest of us with having to postpone games and extend seasons. You think the NHL, which had to postpone almost 100 games, would be lucky to finish the season before next Christmas.

- Perhaps, next Christmas, maybe.

- But because the league and players union agreed to skip out on the Beijing games back in December, the NHL is right on track to complete its regular season on time and crown its champion before July 1st.

- Well, I'll be damned.

- I know. That is quite a feat of schedule engineering. If only the rest of us can be as clever with our own time. I swear, if I can get all the time I wasted on playing football and not like real football, I'm talking about just backyard 500. You know, I if I get all the time back, I probably could be like an engineer or an astronaut.
