- So he tossed his shoulder pads, stripped of his shirt and glove, threw those into the crowd, then ran across the field while the teams were still on the field, giving the crowd a peace out sign.

JARED QUAY: You wouldn't believe who's back in the news, Antonio Brown. All right, you kind of believe that. I get it.

- Shocker.

JARED QUAY: AB posted a picture on Instagram of an X-ray with his injured ankle, which has since been deleted. In the post, he wrote how the Bucs tried to hurt him and how Tom Brady lied to him. Brown finished up the post with a nice [BLEEP] you to all the haters.

- First of all, haters gonna hate.

JARED QUAY: I'm getting mixed messages though.

- Tom is a great guy, man. He's been in my corner since day one.

JARED QUAY: Just 20 days ago, Brown posted this video of himself kissing Brady's ass after TB12 announced his retirement. So Antonio, man, pick a lane. Do you hate him, or do you love him?

- Well, make a choice. Pick a lane.

JARED QUAY: The NFL Scouting Combine is next week. And things were looking a little dicey for a minute.

- Why is that?

JARED QUAY: The league was set to implement a bubble that would severely restrict players' access to anywhere outside of workouts, interviews, medical evaluations, and living accommodations.

- And that's not going to work.

JARED QUAY: But a bunch of agents representing more than 150 players mobilized Avengers-style--

- Assemble.

JARED QUAY: --threatening to boycott the Combine if restrictions weren't loosened.

- Well, that'll do it.

JARED QUAY: Sure did, because the league essentially walked back the bubble idea and will instead strongly recommend players don't venture out instead of requiring it. So hooray, I guess. I mean, the point of the bubble was to protect everyone from a COVID outbreak. But you know what they say, safety second.

I mean, how could you prevent these guys from experiencing the incredible nightlife of Indianapolis, of all places? I mean, that's like the second Vegas right.

[CRICKETS CHIRPING]

The Big Ten has suspended Michigan's men's basketball head coach Juwan Howard for the rest of the season following Sunday's altercation where Howard struck a Wisconsin coach. That said, there's only five games left of the regular season.

- Then you've got to hit them where it hurts.

JARED QUAY: And that they did, as the league also fined Howard $40,000.

[CASH REGISTER RINGS]

- That hurts.

JARED QUAY: Only after the punishment was announced did Howard actually apologize. And I don't know about you, but I got a real big, "I'm just sorry I got caught" vibe. I don't encourage violence, but I'm just saying, if Miami lose to Florida State, don't say nothing to me, because you know I'm on a loose trigger.
