Robert Williams III makes the league’s top blocks of the 2022-23 NBA season clip

The fans of the Boston Celtics might have an occasional bone to pick with how well some of their players protected the rim in the absence of big man Robert Williams III. But now that the Timelord is back, the Celtics have been swatting away opponent shot attempts at a rate befitting a squad with Williams’ level of rim protection.

In fact, despite having missed much of the first half of the 2022-23 Boston campaign as he recuperated from an arthroscopic cleanup operation late in the 2022 NBA offseason, the former Texas A&M star has already caught the league’s attention with his rejections.

Included among the best blocks of the 2022-23 season so far in their recently-released compilation of the most notable blocks of the season, you can check out a Timelord swat that led to a fast-break tip in for yourself in the clip embedded below.

There are plenty more rejections to keep you busy from around the league as well.
