The New England Revolution couldn't extend their win streak to three games on Monday night as they fell to the Philadelphia Union, 2-1.

An own goal by Andrew Farrell in the 34th minute got the Revs -- both literally and figuratively -- off on the wrong foot:

Goalkeeper Andre Blake was outstanding for Philadelphia on Monday night with perhaps his best highlight coming in the 65th minute:

Philadelphia tallied another goal in the 69th minute, this time from one of their own players. Anthony Fontana made it 2-0, Union:

Revs forward Tajon Buchanan tried to spark the comeback with a score in the 80th minute, making it 2-1:

New England had a shot to tie it up five minutes later, but to no avail as Blake came up with another huge save:

Revs schedule for rest of 2020 season

Following the loss, the Revs move to 7-5-7 (25 points) on the season while the Union improve to 12-2-5 (41 points). The two clubs remain in the fifth and second place spots in the Eastern Conference standings, respectively.
