Report: Redskins receiver Cody Latimer waved gun around after dispute in poker game

Redskins wide receiver Cody Latimer was drinking alcohol and arguing about a poker game outcome before allegedly waving a gun and later firing shots, according to a police report obtained by Colorado outlet 9News.com.

According to the report, Latimer told the host of the poker game and his girlfriend that he saved two bullets for them and also said he was going to "kill everybody."

He was arrested Saturday and charged with assault in the second degree, menacing, illegal discharge of a firearm, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment. The Redskins signed the 2014 second-round pick in March, hoping to boost their receiver corps. The 27-year-old played college football at Indiana and his first four NFL seasons with the Denver Broncos before spending the past two years with the New York Giants. 

Latimer was released from the Douglas County Detention Facility on Saturday after posting a $25,000 bond.
