Pargo went undrafted in 2002, but after playing in the D-League and overseas, he signed a one-year deal with the Chicago Bulls in 2009. He spent time with the Bulls, Hawks, Wizards, and the Bobcats over his seven-year NBA career.

In October of 2017, Pargo was named as an assistant coach for the G-League’s Windy City Bulls.
