Report: Former MSU guard Rocket Watts heading to Mississippi State

It appears Rocket Watts is heading to Starkville to become a Mississippi State Bulldog.

On Thursday, rumblings of Watts heading to Mississippi State came out based on 247Sports expert predictions, and today college basketball insider Jeff Goodman reported he’s hearing the same thing. Below is the exact tweet from Goodman that suggests Watts is going to be a Bulldog:

At this point, it seems like we are just waiting for Watts to make it official himself…

Watts has appeared in 55 career games in his two seasons at Michigan State. He averaged 8.4 points and 2.2 assists per game in his career.

Good luck to Watts if he is in fact heading to Mississippi State. Maybe the Spartans will get to play Watts and the other MSU sometime soon.
