It appears Jim Boylen is on his way out of Chicago.
The former Bulls coach and his wife, Christine, listed their River North condo for sale on Sept. 4 for $529,900, the Chicago Tribune recently reported.
In terms of specs: According to the Tribune, the "loft condo" is 1,500 square feet, equipped with all fresh appliances and includes a bedroom suite, steam shower and whirlpool tub. Boylen reportedly purchased the place in 2017 for $540,000, and previously owned and flipped another property in the same building during his time with the Bulls.
Boylen served as Fred Hoiberg's associate head coach from 2015-18 before usurping Hoiberg 24 games into the 2018-19 season. Boylen's tenure as head coach ended on Aug. 14 with a 39-84 cumulative record.
