Report: Clippers plan to sign Joakim Noah, still on 10-day contract, to season deal
The Los Angeles Clippers are adding Joakim Noah to their roster for the continuation of the 2019-20 season at Disney World late next month, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The team signed Noah to a 10-day contract in early March, but days later the NBA season was postponed due to the emerging COVID-19 crisis in the United States. That contract is set to expire on Tuesday.
As part of the plan to resume the regular season and play out the postseason, the NBA has reportedly set the transaction window for one week between June 23-30.

Noah, 35, did not play a game for the Clippers this season. In 42 games for the Memphis Grizzlies last season he averaged 7.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 16.5 minutes per game.
The Clippers are a favorite to win the NBA championship and are currently in the second seed in the Western Conference. As Yahoo Sports’ Ben Rohrbach writes, the team is the “Swiss Army knife of contenders.”
